  • for layering sponge cakes, almond pastries;
  • for making whipped cream with stabilizer (10–25 % amount of cream);
  • for whipping cream with baking mix (5–20 % amount of cream);
  • with cold preparation creams
  • for layering waffles;
  • for making chocolate mousse;
  • for whipping ganache (500 g of filling and 250 g of baking mix);
  • for making custard cakes (10–15 %);
  • for making candy fillings.
